By opening an account or placing an order, you confirm that the product is intended solely for lawful commercial use and not for resale to individual consumers or for any purpose involving inhalation. Elcox Trading reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend any order or account at its sole discretion where intended use cannot be verified.
N2O supplied by Elcox Trading meets E942 food-grade purity standards. Certificates of Analysis and Safety Data Sheets are available on request. Argon and other industrial gases are supplied to standard industrial specification with safety documentation available.
Orders are accepted subject to stock availability and account verification. Payment terms for trade accounts are agreed at account setup; standard orders are payable prior to dispatch unless otherwise agreed.
Delivery timescales are provided as estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk in goods passes to the customer on delivery.
Due to the nature of pressurised and regulated gas products, cylinders and canisters that have been opened, used, or where safety seals have been broken cannot be returned. Faulty or damaged goods should be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Elcox Trading's liability for any claim relating to goods supplied is limited to the value of the order. Elcox Trading is not liable for any loss arising from misuse of products supplied, including use inconsistent with the stated professional or industrial purpose declared at account setup.
Elcox Trading will cooperate with regulatory and law enforcement bodies in relation to the supply of controlled substances, and may be required to disclose account and order information where legally obligated to do so.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
